Village Board Minutes November 18, 2025 (33) A special meeting, workshop, of the Village Board was held November 18, 2025 at 6:00 PM in the Village Hall, 244 Main St. Mayor Miller called the meeting to order. Roll Call: Trustee Bedell, Trustee Clark, Trustee Kirchhoff & Trustee Stollery were present. Also Present: Atty Buettner & Clerk-Treas Colson NEW BUSINESS The Board discussed in detail the draft of the Village Employee Handbook. Changes to language and removal of sections the Board deemed unnecessary were discussed. A full review was not completed; the Board will schedule another workshop meeting at a future date to continue review. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Trustee Clark,
