A special meeting of the Village Board was held June 21, 2022 at 6:00PM in the Village Hall, 244 Main Street.

Mayor Pasquarell called the meeting to order.

Roll Call: Trustee Bedell, Trustee Brown, Trustee Coltrain & Trustee Halliday were present.

Mayor Pasquarell requested an executive session to discuss litigation with East National Water.

Motion by Trustee Halliday, seconded by Trustee Bedell, that Board adjourn to executive session as requested by Mayor Pasquarell above, 6:01 PM.
Carried – 4 – 0

At 6:21 PM the Board reconvened with no action taken.

Supt Lozier has received three quotes for water/sewer piping for White St repairs: FW Webb Company $7,780.44; Core & Main $8,282.52; and Ferguson Waterworks $9,303.60.

Motion by Trustee Bedell, seconded by Mayor Pasquarell, approved purchase of water/sewer piping for White St from FW Webb for $7,780.44.
Carried – 5 – 0

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Mayor Pasquarell, seconded by Trustee Brown, that Board adjourn, 6:23 PM.
