Village Board Minutes January 12, 2021 (31) A special meeting of the Village Board was held January 12, 2021 at 5:35 PM via videoconference. Mayor Pasquarell called the meeting to order. Roll Call: Trustee Bedell, Trustee Halliday, Trustee Miller, & Trustee Mulligan were present. OLD BUSINESS Resolution #58 approved,
purchase of seventeen (17) air packs
from Municipal Emergency Services at NY State contract pricing; $121,616.47. NEW BUSINESS Clerk-Treas Colson outlined a bond refunding opportunity that would save the Village approximately $240,000 over the remaining life of the bonds, but requires annual financial monitoring at a cost of $1,800 per year. The Board instructed Clerk-Treas Colson to proceed. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Trustee
