Village Board Minutes

A regular meeting of the Village Board was held November 18, 2020 at 6:00 PM via videoconference.

Mayor Pasquarell called the meeting to order.

Roll Call: Trustee Bedell, Trustee Halliday & Trustee Miller were present.

Motion by Trustee Halliday, seconded by Trustee Miller, approved minutes of November 4, 2020 public hearing & regular meeting as typed.
Carried – 3 – 0

CORRESPONDENCE – none.

DEPARTMENT REPORTS

CLERK/TREASURER – Clerk-Treas Colson was present, report for 11/18/2020 filed.

 

Motion by Trustee Bedell, seconded by Trustee Halliday, approved payment of abstract #11: Payroll $33,373.07; General $166,603.63; Water $26,461.50; Sewer $23,680.48; and Capital Reserves $798,868.94.
Carried – 3 – 0

Resolution #49 approved, budget transfer.

FIRE DEPARTMENT – Chief Kelley was present.

DPW/WATER/WWTP – Supt Lozier was present.

BUILDING INSPECTOR – Insp Hepner was present, report for 11/18/2020 filed.

OLD BUSINESS – none.

NEW BUSINESS

Mayor Pasquarell appointed Monique Mulligan to the vacant Trustee position to serve until April 2021.

Motion by Trustee Bedell, seconded by Trustee Miller, approved new Fire Department members: Anthony Kordziel, Jakob McCasland, Jennifer Boulerice, Brandon Rowback, Hayden Lindsay, and Macarthy Connor.
Carried – 3 – 0

Chief Kelley stated that the Department currently has 52 active members.

BOARD COMMENTS, QUESTIONS & CONCERNS – none.

Motion by Trustee Miller, seconded by Trustee Halliday, that Board adjourn, 6:06 PM.
