Village Board Minutes August 26, 2015 (16) A special meeting of the Village Board was held August 26, 2015 at 11:30 AM in the Village Hall, 244 Main Street. Mayor Morreale called the meeting to order. Roll Call: Trustee Denno and Trustee Halliday were present. Trustee Enekes and Trustee Saunders were excused. Also Present: Supt Lozier & Clerk-Treas Colson NEW BUSINESS Resolution #32 approved, authorize mayoral signature on contract with Peckham Road Corp to mill River St, $0. Resolution #33 approved, authorize purchase of 20 ton trailer and dump box from Town of Lake Luzerne for $1,800 and approximately $1,800 worth of hydraulic fittings surplus to the Village. Resolution #34 approved, declaration of 260 Main St as surplus and authorizing mayoral signature on purchase and sale contract with Juljon Properties for $55,000. ADJOURNMENT Motion by
