A special meeting of the Village Board was held as a budget workshop on February 29, 2012 at 6:00 PM in the Village Hall, 244 Main Street.

Roll Call: Trustee Enekes & Trustee Lescault were present.  Trustee Denno & Trustee Densmore were excused.
Also Present: Supt Lozier & Clerk-Treas Colson

Mayor Winslow called the meeting to order.

Clerk-Treas Colson led the Board in a general discussion of the upcoming 2012-2013 fiscal year and presented some very preliminary numbers.  Clerk-Treas Colson outlined several potential equipment upgrades at the Village Hall as well as funding requests from the Image Committee, American Legion and Corinth Youth Theatre.  The Board also discussed preliminary numbers provided by the Fire Department including the purchase of a replacement dive van.  No potential tax rate was proposed.

Supt Lozier presented preliminary numbers for the DPW, Water Fund and Sewer Fund.  Potential equipment purchases discussed included two 1-Ton pick-ups with side dumps and plows.  Contributions to the equipment reserves will be adjusted to offset the cost of the new purchases.  Mayor Winslow and Trustee Enekes arranged with Supt Lozier to review the condition of the equipment currently at the DPW garage.  No potential water & sewer rates were discussed.

Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Enekes, that Board adjourn, 7:25 PM.
