A special meeting of the Village Board was held September 19, 2011 at 5:30 PM in the Village Hall, 244 Main St.

Mayor Winslow called the meeting to order.

Roll Call: Trustee Denno, Trustee Densmore, Trustee Enekes, Trustee Lescault were present.
Also Present: Atty Martin Auffredou, Atty Karla Buettner, Atty Brian Borie, and Atty Stefanie DiLallo Bitter from Bartlett, Pontiff, Stewart & Rhodes, P.C.

NEW BUSINESS

Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Densmore, authorized the Clerk-Treasurer to pay abstract #7 upon review by the audit committee.
Carried -4 – 0

Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Enekes, amended the building permit fee schedule to $0.25 per square foot for commercial buildings.
Carried – 5 – 0

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Densmore, that Board adjourn to executive session to discuss the Village Attorney position as an attorney – client privilege matter as requested by Mayor Winslow, 5:45 PM.
Carried – 4 – 0

At 7:10 PM the Board reconvened with no action taken in executive session.

Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Densmore, that Board adjourn, 7:11 PM.
Carried – 4 – 0
