Village Board MinutesMay 11, 2011 (63) A special meeting of the Village Board was held May 11, 2011 at 6:00 PM in the Village Hall, 244 Main Street. Mayor Winslow called the meeting to order. Roll Call: Trustee Densmore, Trustee Enekes, and Trustee
Lescault were present. Trustee Denno
was excused. Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Enekes
approved adjournment to executive session as requested by Mayor Winslow for the
purpose of discussing the employment history or performance of particular
unnamed employees including contract employee Atty Auffredou, 6:05 PM. Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Densmore, to
adjourn executive session and reconvene with no action taken in executive
session, 7:25 PM. Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Densmore, to
cancel the regular meeting for May 18 and reschedule on May 25 at 6:00 PM. Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Enekes, that
the Clerk-Treas is authorized to pay bills for May 18 upon review by the audit
committee. Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Enekes that
