A special meeting of the Village Board was held April 27, 2011 at 6:00 PM in the Village Hall, 244 Main Street.

Mayor Winslow called the meeting to order.

Roll Call: Trustee Denno, Trustee Densmore, and Trustee Enekes were present.  Trustee Lescault was excused.

Mayor Winslow requested an executive session to discuss collective negotiations pursuant to the Taylor Law.

Motion by Trustee Enekes, seconded by Trustee Denno approved adjournment to executive session as requested by Mayor Winslow, 6:00 PM.
Carried – 3 – 0

With no action taken in executive session, the Board reconvened at 6:50 PM.

Resolution #81 approved, to offer BSNENY Sky Plan I with $250 prescription deductible to all eligible Village employees with reimbursement of the deductible and difference in all co-pays from the current Blue Shield plan.

                                    Mayor Brad Winslow – aye

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Trustee Denno, seconded by Trustee Enekes that Board adjourn, 6:55 PM.
