A special meeting of the Village Board was held March 18, 2011 at 3:30 PM in the Village Hall, 244 Main St.

Mayor Winslow called the meeting to order.

Roll Call: Trustee Densmore, Trustee Enekes & Mayor Winslow were present.  Trustee Denno arrived at 3:35 PM; Trustee Lescault arrived at 3:50 PM.
Also present: Atty Auffredou, Joe Farrell of the Department of Health, and Clerk/Treas Colson

Motion by Trustee Enekes, seconded by Trustee Densmore approved a closed session with the Village Attorney to receive specific attorney/client privilege advice regarding emergency services.
Carried – 3 – 0

At 5:10 the Board reconvened in open session with no action taken.

Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Enekes that Board adjourn, 5:10 PM.
Carried – 4 – 0
