A budget workshop of the Village Board was held March 9, 2010 at 5:30 PM in the Village Hall, 244 Main Street.

Mayor Winslow called the meeting to order.

Roll Call: Trustee Denno, Trustee Densmore and Trustee Lescault were present.  Trustee Enekes was excused.
Also present: Chief Kelley, Asst Chief Kevin Granger, Asst Chief Steve Denton II, Councilman Charles Brown, Councilman Ed Byrnes and Clerk/Treas Colson.

Chief Kelley presented the proposed 2010/2011 fire department budget.  Overall the proposed budget is a one percent decrease in spending over last year’s budget.  The Board discussed in detail the budgeted items.

At 6:00 PM Trustee Lescault was excused.

The Board directed the Clerk/Treas to include the fire department budget as proposed in the preliminary budget for further discussion.

Motion by Mayor Winslow, seconded by Trustee Denno that Board adjourn, 6:25 PM.
