Village Board MinutesDecember 17, 2009 (36) A special meeting of the Village Board was held December 17, 2009 at 8:30 AM in the Village Hall, 244 Main St. Mayor Winslow called the meeting to order. Roll Call: Trustee Densmore, Trustee Enekes & Trustee Lescault were present. Trustee Denno was excused. Resolution #36 approved, ratifies the union agreement with the CSEA for June 1, 2009 through May 31, 2012 and makes available dental/vision insurance to all non-union employees as is provided for in the union agreement. Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Enekes that
