A special meeting of the Village Board was held Feb 10, 2007 at 8:30 AM in the Village Hall.

Mayor Winslow called the meeting to order.

Roll Call: Trustees Denno, Densmore, Enekes & Lescault were present.

Also present: Treas Fuller & Clerk Colson

Treas Fuller presented preliminary figures for the general village budget which the Board discussed extensively.

At 8:55 AM Fire Chief Denton, Asst Chief Kelley & Police Chief Kane arrived.

Chief Denton presented the preliminary fire department budget.  Increases were mainly in repair and maintenance of equipment, new equipment and electricity at the firehouse.

At 10:05 Asst Chief Kelley & Chief Denton were excused.

Chief Kane presented the preliminary police department budget which consisted of an overall 3% increase.

At 10:45 Chief Kane was excused and Atty Paul Levine arrived.

Mayor Winslow requested an executive session to discuss pending litigation.

Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Denno approved adjournment to executive session as requested above, 10:45 AM.
Carried – 4 – 0

At 11:35 AM the Board reconvened.

Resolution #106 approved, cancellation of regular Village Board meeting and public hearing scheduled for 2/21/07 due to lack of quorum.

Resolution #107 approved, regular Board meeting and public hearing scheduled for Wednesday 2/28/07 at 6:00 PM.

The Board briefly discussed the preliminary DPW budget.

Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Enekes that Board adjourn, 12:00 PM.
