A special meeting of the Village Board was held Jan 29, 2007 at 11:40 AM in the Village Hall, 260 Main Street.

Mayor Winslow called the meeting to order.

Roll Call: Trustees Densmore & Lescault.  Trustees Denno & Enekes were excused.

Also Present: Clerk Colson, Kim Zabielski & Michael N’Dolo of Camoin and Jim Thatcher of Avalon Associates.

The Board discussed upcoming grant opportunities:
            Small Cities Community Development Block Grant
            NYS Main Street
            Restore NY
            Wireless Communities
            Shared Municipal Services

Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Densmore approved publication in the Post Star of a Request for Proposals to apply for and administer any of these grants the Village wishes to apply for.
Carried – 3 – 0

Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Densmore that Board adjourn, 12:00 PM.
