A special workshop meeting of the Village Board was held Oct 25, 2006, 6:00 PM in the firehouse, 16 Saratoga Ave.

Roll Call:  Trustees Denno, Densmore and Enekes were present.  Trustee Lescault was excused.

Also present: Atty Avigdor, Treas Fuller

There was a general discussion of the zoning drafts from Chazen and John Lemery.

Mayor Winslow requested an executive session to discuss current litigation and an executive session to discuss personnel matters.

Motion by Trustee Enekes, seconded by Trustee Densmore that Board adjourn to executive session for reasons stated above, 6:50 PM.
Carried – 3 – 0

At 7:35 PM the Board reconvened.

Motion by Trustee Enekes, seconded by Trustee Densmore that Board adjourn, 7:40 PM.
Carried – 3 – 0
