A specialmeeting of the Village Board was held Sept 28, ’06, 6:00 PM at the Saratoga Economic Development Corporation office, 28 Clinton Street, Saratoga Springs.

Mayor Winslow called the meeting to order.

Roll Call: Trustees Denno and Densmore were present; Trustees Enekes and Lescault were excused.

Also present:  Michael N’Dolo and Tom Leigz (Camoin Associates), Shelby Schneider and Ken Green (SEDC), James Thatcher (Avalon Associates), and Treas William Fuller.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss Community Development Block Grant and Main Street Grant awarded to the Village.  No decisions were made, and no actions were taken at this time.

Motion by Trustee Denno, seconded by Trustee Densmore that Board adjourn, 8:30 PM.
