Village Board MinutesSeptember 26, 2006 (29) A special meeting of the Board was held September 26, ’06, 10:00 AM in the Village Hall. Mayor Winslow called the meeting to order. Roll Call: Trustees Densmore & Lescault were present. Trustees Denno and Enekes were excused. Also present: Treas Bill Fuller. Mayor Winslow explained that the purpose of the meeting was for the assigned committee to hold an interview for the position of Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer. Mayor Winslow requested an executive session to conduct the interview. Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Densmore
that Board adjourn to executive session to discuss personnel issue as requested
by Mayor Winslow, 10:02 AM. The Board reconvened at 10:40AM. Motion by Trustee Lescault, seconded by Trustee Densmore
