Village Board Minutes July 8, 2026 (10) A special meeting of the Village Board was held July 8, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the Village Hall, 244 Main Street. Mayor Miller called the meeting to order & led the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll Call: Trustee Clark, Trustee Kietzman & Trustee Stollery were present. Trustee Bedell was excused. Also Present: Atty Buettner & Clerk-Treas Colson. NEW BUSINESS
Motion by Trustee Stollery,
seconded by Trustee Kietzman, approved payment of the lifeguards for training
hours upon submission of attendance records. Resolution #18 approved, hiring of Emily Lyons as lifeguard at $24 per hour as of July 15, 2026. The Board reviewed a draft copy of the Employee Handbook. Numerous changes, deletions and additions were made. Further review on sections related to health insurance are required. The Board also discussed updating the Drug & Alcohol Testing policy and drafting a Public Employer Health Emergency Plan. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Trustee Kietzman,
